How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. Orders are typically delivered in 3-6 business days, depending on your location.
What is your return & exchange policy?

We accept returns & exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
How do I place a return or exchange request?

Email us at support@chaosandco.in or use the return form on our website with your order number & reason. We arrange a free reverse pickup for most pin codes.
How will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after quality check approval.

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method.
  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer/UPI (we’ll ask for your details)
Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes! Exchanges are available for a different size or color (if in stock). If unavailable, we offer store credit or a refund.
What items are not returnable?

For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, headgear, gift cards, and clearance-sale items are non-returnable.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a priority replacement or full refund.
